    RG50 rear shock?

Has any one fitted a different rear shock to a Rg50 that works better than the original but fits in the same spot? Maxed out on the hardest setting so its a pogo stick with no dampening.

yeah good luck with finding one.

With no damping they feel soft. Spring should be ok unless yer a bloater.

RMS (chris) modded an old RM80 shock for me ages back.

You can in the meantime drill a small hole on the bottom where it won't get knocked off by the linkage (ie: other side) braze on a tire valve & pump out old oil & suck in some 10W, see that it will still compress & close the valve.
Don't you look at my accountant.
