You've won a B grade race. Go straight to A grade, do not pass go, do not collect $200.

Possibly not the forks. I suffered huge front end sliding until the front wheel was changed to a GSX250R rim. (i.e. the original FXR rim is to thin for the 95 front slick, at least for kart track abuse) No real problems since!

I am a bit stalled at the moment, the parts are arriving but I am missing a few crucial components, I have my little brother trying to source me some of the hard to find ones from dear old blighty. ( I asked him to find me a running gp125 motor )

Arse, it's not my bike and it comes with 2 sets of standard wheels so not able to do much about that.

what is your bike there may be some options to use without changing anything

I belive that henk has fitted a frount rim to his bike with no real mods ?
    gsx400 anyone ?
