*HELP*VN800 Kawasaki fuel tank needed.
I have started building new carbon bodywork for my Vn 800 and have completed moulds for the front and rear mudgards already. However the tank will need to be a three piece mould and will take time tooling up and I cant afford the downtime off the bike and the bike is newley painted.. I wish to beg ,buy or borrow another tank, even if it's bent as I can fair it up to take the mould off.
Our resin chemist has a resin suitable for petrol so long as I heat treat it after laminating it, making it suitable to carry petrol..........the Carbon and Chrome theme should look great I hope.
