Where does your strength come from?

At times life throws crap at you. Piles of it. But you just keep on going. And it is not as a result of you being stupid and not knowing when to quit. No, it is because you have that something that says: " Fuck you all, I will sort this". And you always do.

Where does your umph come from? If I could bottle it I would become millionare overnight...

Mine, it comes from somewhere inside. There is a "Never give up" thingy going on that does not allow me to say "fuck it, thats it, all I can do". It keeps me going. Where I come from there is a saying: " Lapi harmaan kiven" Translates to " Through grey rock"

    Never give up never surrender.

May the bridges I burn light the way.

My strenght comes from my muscles.

But seriously I know exactly where your coming from.

Its weird though, the really hard stuff that I have to go though, I just get on with and get the job done etc, and look back at it and go "WOW!! fuck I did all that??!!!" and some easy things I pike out on at the first sign of trouble. I dont understand myself sometimes.

I get the impression you are being funny threre xerxesdaphat. But I have been there. Speed kept me going in another lifetime. And I have to be honest, if I had not had speed it would all have turned to crap.

Porn lots of porn..... No realy mate the best advise i could give is talking it through.
There is allways someone you can talk to. i have in the past tryed to shrug it off. But that only built more up. My partner and I try to talk everything through. we might not agree but talking realy does help.
Remember this wise old new zealand saying (i use what ever country I am in)..... If you think you are in a bad spot look around you..... watch the news.... read the paper..... There is more people much worse of no matter what life throws at you tommorow is another day.
Be greatful for what you have.
SEX gets rid of a lot frustration.
If you dont have a partner have a toss lol.
    it works.
If you are behind meDont ask as I am lost too.

Marmite. Not that vegemite crap but Marmite.

And Signature Range peanut butter. Chinese heavy metals for the win.

If I don't get a combination of those two essential vitamins in the morning I break down.
Alcohol. The cause of and solution to all lifes problems.

    1. Don't listen to portokiwi's platitudes about "other people being worse off". That only makes you feel good if you're not already in a hole. That's just a typical, "Don't bother me if everything's not perfect" line that Kiwis are so good at putting out to desperate people.

    2. Having the nouse to know who will help and who will pat you on the head and tell you to HTFU. You only know a couple of people who will do that, and they probably aren't family.

    3. Not posting on KB about what a useless blithering sack of goat shit I am. That just gets you a kicking, loses you ePenis respect points and "cool" people will taunt you with it on KB rides.

    4. All things pass. See? Aren't platitudes annoying?

If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

I always work with the idea that if there's no way through there's probably a way round.

The knowledge that in the end you ultimately have to answer to yourself, you have to do shit for yourself cause there's a good chance nobody else will (being anal helps there, if you want a job done properly, do it yourself attitude), and when you die it is you you have to thank for how your life has been, no one else, so you may as well make the best of it.

I'm a wimp - I give up a lot.Like riding a motorcycle, the straight and easy path is not often the best way to get to your destination.I will often give up when I meet resistance and back off....take a fresh look at the obstacle and find an easier way around.I'm definitely not the banging my head against a brick wall type - know when to quit and maximise your loss.

I said ''Fuck it,that's all I can do'' last year - best decision of my life.

When life throws a bit of strife at me i generally just remind myself that compared to many many others in this world i have it so very easy.Very easy to forget how hard life is for some.
