Yes I have a series of pic's towards that incident from the initial contact - but not of the crash itself into the wall (just when they were picking themselves up) as I was in a bit of a hurry to get out of the way....
Thanks guys! As usual I have plenty of shots of almost everyone so if there is anything specifically that you are after let me know.
I have added some new examples to my KB album today but there are plenty of others also. If there is a particular bike you are after, PM me bike (and colour), class, and colour of helmet and leathers (makes the searching easier)

Ok, the stories are done, here is the full 83 set of individual or pairs of bikes. To find your bike, look at the first number(s) of the file name. Pairs of bikes have numbers like 11-34_VMCC02_2008.jpg
The rest of the shots of the day are of groups and fields and I will post them up later this evening.

Of all the pics my sister Lea took on Saturday, there is one that stands out for me as it marks the champion.
In this one pic of Glen Williams, you see the grace and beauty of a true champion.
Watch him on the track and nobody appears smoother. Look here and see his body position where the shoulders (his torso) being the heaviest part of the body is way down the inside of the bike keeping the weight low and standing the bike up. But I still don't get it ... how is he so smoooth?
Mr Williams will be inducted into the Bum Steer Hall of Fame at a time and venue yet to be announced.
Here's the whole story:
Toast passes them both on the outside on the entry to the turn, not cutting them off on the entry 'cos he didn't want to get t-boned (fkn good call in hindisght!)
1. Toast runs high to get good drive out and blue bike comes back through. No worries, he's got a poor angle 'cos he came in narrow and I'll cross behind him and drive out for the glory of 11th place for that lap (http://picasaweb.google.com/simonsAp...93518782287730)
2. (see previous pic) Green bike seemingly just goes hard for a gap that was never really there and nails blue bike. Big wiggle from both of them and they run off to in to the dirt (http://picasaweb.google.com/simonsAp...93581692641074)
3. Bikes fall over (http://picasaweb.google.com/simonsAp...93647630844450)
4. Having not noticed the green Kwaka in the dirt with him, blue bike rider thinks honest Toast hit him and heads to his pit looking like he's ready to punch him. A bit of diplomacy and it's all resolved between Toast and blue bike rider...not sure if he caught up with the fella on the green bike though.
...
