I have a very light coloured jacket, and it gets so so dirty so quickly. You'll regret it.

You Have a point. I have white sections on my green jacket and they are kinda grey. I will see how the colour looks after I give that jacket to drycleaners. If the white looks good when I get my jacket back , then mission white jacket is at "GO" status.

Nah, all that white would make you appear like an appirition - Ghost Rider or some such phantom-like creature. I have white shoes and boots (not my riding ones) and they're a right pain in the arse to keep clean. If you're prepared to spend the time on the cleaning they do look pretty cool though.

My Quasi Jacket is perforated and I have no problems. Infact, it gets so hot in full leathers in summer, I wouldn't have it any other way...

In Winter I just wear a Long sleeve sports hoodie underneath. It's made of like a stretchy cotton/polyester mix and is quite fitted so keeps me warm and takes away the wind. If it's raining I have an XXL rain jacket to put over the Leather.

Leathers not made for warmth, so if I wasn't a cheap bastard then I'd get a set of textiles for commuting.

Those look nice, but do you wanna be spending money on unbranded items? You can check out eBay, they have some reputable brands - Alpinestars, ICON, Shift, Joe Rocket, etc. (but be sure to read the description carefully because a lot of them are womens jackets).
