Low flying 250RS spotted in Belfast

Well dont blame the bad photographer..... for the crap pics attached, you try and take a pic of a 250RS doing max warp speed after a beer and headed for the open rd... not easy I tell ya.
CSL droped in for a beer and a quick catch up before she left Chch, her next stop was Kickaha's for tucker and a bed, that just leaves her with one leg of the trip remaining... the east coast a awesome section of rd.

    Unhappy Final leg

Ahhh yes well today my journey ends. I don't wanna go hame to annoying flatmates, screeds of uni work & work...I just wanna ride!!!!

Ok back to reality now. Kms so far: 3213. I am in Rangiora about to head off to Picton, hopefully with enough time to go over Queen Charlotte Drv (it's the only road I haven't ridden on my journey so far that was on my list to ride).

Will give final fabulous report once I am back in Welly tonight.

Cheers everyone for your hospitality, encouragement and stuff like that.

    See ya soon :spudwave:

Well I didn't feed her unless you count marmite on toast for breakfast and she complained about the coffee but she is now sitting on the ferry and only a couple of hours from home

Final tally of kms for the trip......

    ........ :spudwave:

    ............ :spudwhat:

    .................... :spudguita

    .........................3541 :spudbooge

Yes you read it right peeps. Betty & I did 3541kms from the my house back to my house. So that works out at 208.30 kms a day but if you take off the days I didn't ride at all...which was 3, it equals 252.92kms a day.

Now I am having some semi-decent coffee and cuddling my pussy. Will post pics later (no not of my pussy, you've already seen it, of my trip) if they worked out.

The only road I didn't get to ride was Queen Charlotte Drv b/c
    (a) The weather turned decidedly dodgey just as I arrived on Blenhiem
    and
    (b) My mate noticed my headlight bulbs had both blown and we had to drive back to Blenhiem to get the big one, which took up most of what could have been riding time.

Oh, I also had the very pleasant company of F5_Dave and his CYT on the Ferry crossing home.

Most of us have been busy following the travels and antics of some female rider on a trip around the South Island.

Welcome back CSL, It was great to meet you in person, and I look forward to more of your comments on the Forum.
    Time to ride

Welcome home CSL! That's a goodly racking up of kms on the little beastie - well done!

I'm sure Hitcher could encapsulate what's been going on for you, he does it so well.

But just so's you know the real important stuff, I still only have two Ducatis.

Welcome back CSL - we've missed you - thank goodness you did regular updates to make us all extremely jealous. I think I'll do the south island this time next year.
You haven't missed much on the site - it's all been bollocks really, especially all my postings. But I will be in Welly tomorrow to get my new bike and catch up with any Wellingtonions who can come out tomorrow night! Maybe see you there!

    Site summary for CSL

You should be allowed to drive fast and safely. No you shouldn't. Yes you should...
The Scottish Thread approaches its 3,000th post.
There are currently options for KB Thursday evening rides in Wellington.
Ramius is recovering in Gisborne after damaging himself and his ride after one such Wellington ride.
The "sin bin" has been used to good effect. A "big ups" to our moderators.
This action has mitigated greatly ravings of anger and hatred against Police, particularly those who enforce traffic laws
Quasi has organised the next KB rally for ANZAC weekend. Be there or be somewhere else...
Jrandom has, gulp, got a mountain bike
The summer racing season is in full swing
    The taxman pursueth White trash
CSL has been swanning around the South Island on her 250
Cage drivers are pricks and should be banned
Summer is terrific and should be extended
Riff Raff has a new bike, probably powered by bottie coughs...
Blakamin stands like a Colossus as the site's most numerous poster but has relinquished his standing as the most frequent
A brief flirtation with doggerel/rap has abated

There's probably more that I have forgotten...
"Standing on your mother's corpse you told me that you'd wait forever." [Bryan Adams: Summer of 69]

Wow, can you do this on a daily basis for all of us so we can spend more time riding, and less time sifting through all the claptrap that is spewed forth (I include my own demented ramblings under the 'claptrap' banner). Thanks.
