Wrong there carver.... Never a clearer case. He is shit, not clay.

He is telling them to say, now, that his drink was spiked by them... TUI....!!!!

He has been a paranoid P taker for a looooonnnnnng time - way before this event. The girls, if they gave him drugs, gave him his own drugs, with him being a more than willing participant.

Who cares what the warehouse was used for...

They kinda got what was coming? Perhaps. Still doesn't change anything though.

See qkchks avatar above - he played along looking like that for a long time, right up until he was found guilty, then normal service was resumed, instantly.

    Playing along? Too right.

Lawyer in it for the money?????

    Hmmmm......... Too right?????

    Give me the gun?

Too much taxpayer money is being wasted on people like him. If proven guilty on two separate occasions, why then does he need to be given a third chance to prove he was 'insane'... he wasn't insane, he was on P. No different to being very drunk and doing some dumb shit that ends up killing people.

The cost of a bullet will save the tax payers of this country more than $60k per year that he is in jail, it may also serve as a lesson to the rest of the shit lickers in this country that the rest of the population is sick of them and couldnt care less if they didnt exist.

As I understand it, the case was returned to the original court because of misconduct by the presiding judge, so there has not been an appeal in the proper sense. Given that this is expected to waste close to a million dollars of taxpayer money, the high court is not proclaiming this fact too loudly. Not to mention the bad light it casts on their court and its staff, and how deserving they are of our trust....
Incidentally, this is the same judge who caused so much anguish for the guy who was jailed for keeping his website up - see: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=78977

Having worked with plenty of criminally insane killers in psych wards I've never known one to be proud and organised enough to put up a fame seeking website with the nickname "samurai". This is a mere "dime a dozen" deviate narcissist control freak with an appetite for celebrity and recognition. He'll be loving this thread. Along with the 3% of the population with similarly beautiful personality make up. P plus plonker equals plonker plus. Without being under the influence he'd prolly have only sought fame by taking 1 victim. Fake balls.
