surely thats not true. You know everyone else.

Nearly all men can stand adversity and hard time, but if you want to test a mans true character, give him power....

They're more fun when you're hanging out the side of them with a camera!

The ride itself was'nt too bad really (despite riding through hail 3 times) but the ride home was quite a bit colder.

I've been contemplating asking the RRRS guys to come down and run a course at Ohakea (later in the year when I'm ride-fit). There're plenty of choppers out here to oogle at

Well done you brave people of the central plataeu, good to see the turn out in the wet while we had a nice sunny experience in Hawkes Bay, with a tab over 100 bikes, with every one behaving themselves.

Dam fraking rain made it a miserable but fun ride. I was suprised I didn't slip off the road with all those streams running across the road or the hail. Went to bed early as I was completly nackered and feeling quite damp.

Any news if this event or photos will be published in the Evening Standard or other media?

ok guys our approximation of money made was almost spot on as you can see by Jarrod's email ..also note how the money raised is going to be spent the EZ-IO is approximate $700 and from his explanation when a central line can not be put into a patient this appliance can be drilled into the bone to get a line in.

So thank you to everyone who came & donated, the money is being put to very good use.

    Hi,

I have just been down to the bank and deposited $1324 from the weekend.

A great result, thank you for your help and look forward to your article.

As discussed we will use the money for an EZ-IO intraosseous Infusion System (replacing the standard IV line when required). The remaining money we will use for the new Zoll defibrillator. I’ll let you know when it arrives at the base.

    Regards

    Jarrod
