CBR250RR Carb Kit?

I was told by one of my Dads friends that probebly the best mod to give the CBR more power was to get hold of a Carb Kit. Where can I get hold of a kit, is it worth bothering, past experiences?

If I can't find a Kit, I'm most likely going to buy TwoSevens's roo pipe, unless someones says otherwise to that idea

Replacement parts for the carbs in 250 jappers can be rather expensive as well.
