Well... it's probably more correct to say susceptibility than tolerance. Except when inebriated, then it's very difficult to say correctly.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Great naturalpath(sp?) and he tell's you exactly what he's doing to you. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Had pain while lifting my left shoulder above level after my bin. Had been told by a training physio friend that I had a pinched nerve in the shoulder joint, but she couldn't fix it, and to see a physio.

John told me it was in my neck after seeing my movements and had it fixed in 10 min's.

Also ask him about Oxygen therapy for quicker healing of soft tissue injuries.
Speed limits are just a suggestion, like pants.

Was talked into trying an osteo. I might just be very lucky, but he had me free of pain in 2 sessions and "cured" in 6 session! Can't speak highly enough of him, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Not all types of treatments work for all types of people, that's why we have these different options. It's no different to prescription drugs - some will work well for you, others can have an adverse effect.
I've had excellent results with my Chiropractor. I still get regular check ups and adjustments, plus advice for changes in my exercise routines. I've subsequently had worse accidents than my original one, often with no or little effect.
I also joked with my physio (for a different injury) about the 'placebo' effect of the ultra-sound, but he did strap my wrist so I couldn't accidentally move it in the position that caused pain (which I was doing a lot). And I didn't think $10 for a session was expensive at all. Granted, that may have been 'mates rates', as he was a good friend of my flatmate.

    on the contrary

after my spill about a month ago ive been doing fisio for my shoulder.

well chop me off at the knees and call me tripod bloody hell its good.

cause ive never really noticed much pain even when i did it. more just restriction of movement. but hell im impressed with what they have acheived in such a short space of time. kinda confusing though im almost back to lifting full weights but still cant throw a ball for shite.

anyway good luck with the healing process and i hope it all works out.

Hope you find a good doc and get back to rolling your neck free and easy. After all, there is a jelly/mud wrestling match sometime in your future is there not?

Went to osteopath today and she was great - very gentle. It's going to take a little while to undo the damage the physio did - osteo was absolutely flabbergasted when I told her - but I'll get there.
