Unfortunately it ain't good. It prevents healing in muscle tissues. With ligament/tendon connections it can exacerbate things too much. If you are going to the physio, or osteo - avoid alcohol for 24hours before and after the appointment... It'll speed recovery.Originally Posted by MSTRS
