Oh yea, richard is not herethis week too. I'm gonna put my balls in the bag before I forget.

Here are videos of some excersises that we might try tomorrow. Watch them so you have a rough idea what we will be doing. Also I have an idea to cover a quick show and tell on replacing levers and lubing clutch and throttle cable.

GN250 is a good easy learners bike , best to start with what UR comfy with and not worrie what anyone else is riding cos we are all different

1Tonne kindly gave me one of the new All Season Explorer Jackets jackets to give away, and after some quiet discussion it was decided TheHovel (Richard) was the most deserving person for the countless hours he has invested into NASS with little or no reward.
