I just end up doing overtime all the time. Normally I just start early but couldnt today. Went for my eye test for my restricted first thing.

I applied for the finance etc which I got, but the boss there sold it out from under me not knowing my name was on it. Bit gutted.

But I got some parts from an old bike like mine from TM, dash and guages are like new, new carbs etc. I think I will be happy with her if I could find a little more top end out of the litte 250.

Can you change sprockets and maybe gear for a better top end speed?

Ive had it geared higher but no real difference. I did a plug chop the other day and she seems lean at high rpm.

Class 6 (motorcycle) restricted licence

On 27 February 2012 changes will be introduced to graduated driver licensing system for motorcycles.

The restricted licence test will become longer and the full licence test will be shorter. In effect, both the test (and the test fees) will swap.

If you plan to sit your motorcycle restricted licence test on or after 27 February 2012, make sure you plenty of practice to prepare for the longer test.

The NZTA is currently developing a brand new restricted driver licence test for motorcycles. The new test will be introduced in October 2012.

So for those of you pissing around on your Learners ....... now would be the time to go get it .
