Everyone has an opinion.. mine can be found here Riding Articles
For those coming out on Wednesday (and that don't have a pinlock visor) you may want to consider coating your visor (very lightly) with a polish like a Coruba wax product or pledge. It'll help the rain run off, and help stop with the fogging.
I'm going to give tonight a miss.
I had an early start, a late job, was up half the night with a sick child, the bikes in the shop, the weather is shit, and all I can think about is bed.
Greetings all,
I'm in Auckland again, complete with tennis balls this time. If any one is feeling adventurous this Wednesday I was thinking that, if fine, stopping in a corner could be a useful new skill. And if it is wet then ordinary straight line braking practice would be a good idea with winter almost upon us. If by chance it is snowing then a social theory lesson can be organised for the warmer climes of Bar Africa.
Cheers,
Mark W
Sounds excellent to me!!! Plus I also have a new bike, as of last Friday.

I'm going to bring some chalk along for the ride.
One of the things I've been reading about recently (with regard to the physchology of riding) is about riders being able to accurately access their riding (which we mostly can't do).
One of the simple tests is to draw a chalk line across your tyre, go riding, and when done compare how much chalk is left versus how much leaning you thought you were doing.
The trick is not to get rid of the chalk - just to try and match how you "think" you are riding to how you actually are riding.
Apparently newer riders often think they are leaning right over "at the limit", and this shows how much lean was actually left.
Ill be there
On the new R6!!
Oh its Dane btw
see you all there
Yeah... I would start moving my body off the bike now so that it doesn't need to lean as far, keep in mind that the more tread you have the more grip you will have and the safer you will be.
Search up on how to lean off a bike or go onto www.abbiss.co.nz for some great riding info.
But hey, at least you aren't afraid to lean over!
