    I need a divorce

    Can I get a divorce before being separated for the minim of 2 years? or can I have it Annulled?

    If both of you sign the form (as in, file for dissolution jointly) saying "irreconcilable differences" and declare you've been living apart for two years, you will get your dissolution.

    If the other party isn't happy to bend the truth a little, you could always try filing for dissolution yourself (singly), and see if they are that bothered that they would risk the hassle of contesting it .......

    We haven't been married for 2 years yet, so I can't do that yet I think, But I think they will only anull it if its your sister or something

    well, you're stuffed really - the only grounds on which a marriage can be dissolved is irreconcilable differences - which is established by you having lived apart for two years ..... you could try Citizens Advice Bureau or your local community law centre but I'd say they will probably tell you the same thing.
