It wasn't too bad at the test. A bit wet on the way there, but then it cleared off and the wind dropped until about 10 minutes before fulltime, when the southerly picked up again. More pleasant than it was there for the Irish test. The Rimutaka Hill is closed to traffic, so the Rapaites who came to the game by car will be having a longer trip home than they expected.

Just wet and cold here now, there was a bit of snow after lunch, about 1/2", but not as much as the city got. Had to fire up the old trusty Landrover and pick up her indoors at 3.00pm in town, no problems.

Well I canned any plans for a ride coz of the weather forecast and what did we get? Beautiful weather - sunshine a wee bit of wind but mainly fine all day.

Grrrr - coulda been over the hills on the Duchess. bummer

Right now in South Auckland it is hailing down, windy and 4 bloody degrees. The road outside has little marbles on it. 30 minutes ago we had lightening. In another 30 minutes it will probably all be gone.
