By being obvious enough that you know who they are talking about, but not actually saying directly who it is...

I think the big issue will be the advertisers, they wont want to be associated with him, and as such i think his job is on the line..........

so if he gets the boot does he get his money back? sure it was a shit thing to do, but she made the choice to keep her mouth shut and take the money, in her eyes hes already paid.

if she didnt think it was serious enough to press charges, why should anybody else give a fuck?

they are both as stupid as each other.

I am in two minds on this one,

First of all he broke her back in 4 places, and i dont belive it is ever right to hit your partner , it is in excuseable......

But on the other hand how long do you hold something like this against somebody, sooner or later it has got to be let go....
you carnt hold some thing against some one forever.

If someone beat the shit out of you then offered money to shut up I think you'd take the money. ie is another beating going to follow if you don't?

Gaol. No question. Just need someone to press charges. Now he's confessed the Police can.

i'm not into bashing women, but if it was a woman that beat the shit out of a man years ago, do you think it would be all over the news?

I couldn't care less if he keeps his job or not - but he should be made to stand trial for violence causing grievious injury!

And I don't understand howcome the public prosecution is not all over this case like flies on shit! By not doing so they are actually sending a signal that domestic violence is ok if the victim keeps his/her mouth shut.
    It is not!
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)
