    iPod touch

what a neat little thing this is. Here I am at my sister inlaws playing with my girls iPod using the next door nabours wireless. It is amazing the shit you can do on this thing. I'm not really in to gizzmos and gadgets but this little contraption is the best $700 I have ever spent. Now that's not what grinds my gears new Zealand. Thanks for taking the time to read this rant.

    2006 Nano WATT!

Pretty stink price on the new iPod stuff, just to listen to music. Must say, haven't had a problem at all since I've owned the iPod.

oh not complaining about the price at all. Just got me fucked as to how they can get such a little thing to do every thing a laptop does for half the price and it forts in your pocket. Another cool thing I'm cranking a bit of g'n'r and surfing the net at the same time. Almost like where have you been man

Na mate not iPhone that thing cost to much. Just the iPod touch. Just had a look at the back of it got 32gb and if it shits it self(which it most likley will) you can't even put it in the bin.

I downloaded an application that allows me to use the ipod as a remote controller for itunes on my computer

After I marveled at how nifty that was, I realized it was exactly what I need - another fucking remote control.

Particularly if you travel - its a fabulous mobile entertainment system - and toy.

It's evolving into a useful business tool if you need to keep shitloads of data in your pocket. Like the medical and pharmacy data in the new web apps.

For most of us - On a scale of important things it's not. On the harmless pleasures scale it rates highly.

Hear what your saying Dave,Iam normally a very patient person and spend hours in my shed mucking about with bikes etc but phones and things bring out the dark side although have to admit to quickly learning to use a computer when finally after years of scoffing at peoples addiction to them realising the amount of bike stuff at my interweb doorstep.

Jailbreak unlocks the itouch so you can add a whole array of extra apps to it free. Just google itouch jailbreak.
