    I have two questions:

    1) Why was the camera already trained on the car before the burglary even started?

    2) Why were the bystanders all standing around in silence, and not one told the cops where the criminals were?

    I reckon it's staged.

lol funny as could almost see that being real ... but totally staged

the crackly voice you can hear is the director ... "cops come out" the cops come out of the bank, "cut, excellent" end of shot

True, it actually helps if you watch it with the sound on
also one of the cop cars is sitting across the street in front of the white truck

My first reaction is that is was staged but the cops reaction when they come out of the bank looks genuine. "Bank robbery??........What bank robbery? I think they fucked up big time.

the other cop car is stationary in the right lane - as we look at it - just back from the truck at the beginning of the video.

Kinda reminds me of a radio broadcast by Orson Welles a few years back (1938)
