I'd love to see what she'd do on a properly prepped track that had a bit more traction than, say, a wet mossy road covered in cowshit. I suspect the front would reach for the sky real good-like in such circumstances.

Heck, I suspect everyone there today would have knocked a good second off their times if we'd just gone out and done the runs on a quarter-mile worth of highway out the front!

Brilliant, thanx mate,I shall allow 1 second for the road surface and .5 seconds for your nervousness, sticking .3 seconds on for your pipes over standard. Add a little embellishment to the mix and I shall be taking a figure of 11.1 seconds to the pub.Seems fair.

    $500? If that's a 190/55 rear in that pair, I'm your bitch.

    Congratulations jrandom. (respect)

    Good thread.

One could feel your apprehension and anxiety, leading up to the event and the pump in your posts now that you have achieved your mission for the day.

I have enjoyed it almost as much as you have! Cheers, John.

I reckon!!! Low $300's for the rear tops anymore is a rip
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

Getting PP 2CT rears in the oddball 190/55 profile costs a leetle extra.

I'll probably stick with the 190/50s in the future anyway, so it won't be an issue.

I think this photograph mostly goes to show that GSX1400s look better with bar-end mirrors and no screen.
