If it's too much trouble for you Quasi, I can check it over - I can tow it down to yours on Friday. Otherwise I'll try and hook up at with you at Raver's tomorrow night.
Oddly enough, I will be in Hamiltron for at least half the day tomorrow...

Roger, got your number. Thanks for sorting out the 'commo, been all over the show today.
I'm not on a tight schedule tomorrow - not even technically supposed to be working - but there are some things you've just got to get done. I'll make time to catch up for lunch.

Will arrange to get the trailer with 'raver tomorrow night.

Please excuse me interupting your "Travel from Hamilton" thread for a moment, But a question about the classes structure on the day.

I guess most of you guys will be riding in the "Fast" class. And I guess the best place for me and Blue Thunder (being a 150cc) will be in the "Intermediate" class. (which is good as I'll be able to get some video of you lot doing your thing.( Don't crash WT before I get the camera working!)).
Is any one else putting themselves in the "Intermediate" class?

Woohoo, got the leave approved for Friday and Sat so I am all good to go! I even bothered to go for my Full for a cage today so I can legally take Mr TS and Ms RR down to Manfield and back now. Shit, I am going all legal? (almost) What's up with that? Maybe it's cause I am nearing 21 and it must be that being a mature responsible adult thingie. (Yea right! )

Can't wait till Sat, to ride the titties off me baby (bike)

Smile We are riding down 14th from Auck

Weather forecast is looking great. Few of us are riding down on Friday the 14th from Papakura Autobarn 8.30am taking in some backroads on the way if anyone else is keen. Also staying at Raceway motel Quasi so might see you there. Is the Kwaka being lightened for some quick laps. Will be there on Lucky Strike RGV250 as a mobile chicane to make the track more interesting for the quick guys and I'm to scared of binning the R1.

PM me anyone if you are keen on joining us on the ride down to Fielding.

I was planning on going in the intermediate class, not sure why but I figured the top class will be very fast and full of racers like MR, I will get in their way

I used to think the same way, but soon found out that the only place I was getting in their way was the really fast corners. They were still faster than me everywhere else, but I learned much more from being in the fast group, and eventually clicked that they weren't suicidal braking for a double apex 200km.hr sweeper 100m later than me.

Truth be known, mate. The "medium" class is where most people see themselves, so it's normally the most full.

The fast class will be FUCKEN fast ( I will be in it after all) but the riders also have a better idea of what's going on and how to safely get around other riders.

    I happen to have a spare set of Dunlop TT900 GP's here I was going to sell. ($60) 90/80/17 & 100/80/17

They're half worn. Your can have (free) the rear one if you bring your 150 and play cat and mouse with me. (ie. don't just ride away from me).
I'm sure I could learn a lot from trying to catch you TS. (as long as you don't mind me knocking you off in the last session of the day in a last desperate attempt to get past you!).

I also have a Brand new (old stock) front tyre if anyone wants a cheap one.
Dunlop GPR-20F 110/80/17 Never been riden on. $75 If anyone interested let me know and I'll bring it to Manfield for you to see.

The guys in the fast class have probably been to a couple of track days before. Just stay on your line and they have to get past you!
Its not up to you to get out of their way!
Would be the best class to go in, for people with 600cc bike upwards. (providing you want to go fast.)
The racers have their own class, so will not be in the fast class. The fast class is for all the wannabe racers!! (not looking at anyone in particular...WT)
Its just gonna be a great day for everyone!!
