As EU citizens face ever more difficult and complex tests to be allowed to ride a motorcycle (and the test doesn't get any easier in NZ either), Floridians are waking up to find…. They actually have to pass a test for the first time!
Florida State Law previously required under 21’s to pass a rider-safety course to get what is called a motorcycle endorsement on their driver’s licence. Now the law has been changed so that anyone who wants to ride must take the course to have the correct endorsement added.
The course seems to range between USD 250 to 300 – with some innovative dealers refunding the fee if you buy your motorcycle from them.
