    Flatmate wanted - North Shore

My cousin & I are looking for another lovely person to join us in our flat in milford.

$160 / week plus expenses. Room is approx 5x5m, will measure it up tonight. Locked room downstairs for your bike. Off-street parking for the cage. Plenty of storage. Swimming pool (will be blue by summer), gas heating & hot water.

This is the view from the front deck & lounge. Please get in touch with me on 021 238 0033 or by PM.

...hmmm, I'm VERRRRY interested in joining with you and your cousin (especially now he's over the age of 21) not too bothered about the size of the room, but more concerned about whether meals (pies preferably) are included in the $160/wk fee?

You can have Pies as often as you like, so long as you pay the rent

Oh and you might have to teach us the patented mv.senna greymouth too

...oooh goody!! I love having pies!! can't get enuff of pies actually... mmm, the crusty outside's the best bit! The harder the betterer. Don't like wilted soggy pies at all!!

geeze you just can't get enuff of those patented mv.senna greymouth moves can you? happy to teach you - as long as you don't get too umm incapacitated to practice what you've been shown (like last time...)
