That was a little shorter than hoped, leaving me with about 30 min to twiddle my thumbs (here, of course).
Nice to finally meet you, FF. We seem to never turn up to the same KB rides.

Please note all, it's a little hairy going up quarry rd in patches. There are some quite slippery patches of new seal. Oh, and also some bloody pea gravel about 100m in front of the stop sign/intersection where Mullins Rd joins Papakura-Clevedon Rd.

The is also, oddly a lot of HP cars and a booze bus floating around the end of the airfield, so be aware if you're out that way today...

    If your at work -disreguard

Ye ha Summers here, Man what a nice day, did a quick blat down the first third of 22, got a txt from Drunken Monkey, ripped back and meet him at Clevedon, we did a great little circut past Ardmore moto x track and back to just out side Clevedon, few patchs of pea metal, not much drama for us.Did see a Bozze bus setting up at the eastern end of the airfeild.

After that I left DM and headed back via Hunua,(Looked for you Judderbar, which side of the road are you on ? )Happy Valley, Mangatawhiri, back way to Mercer, back up to pukekawa and on to 22 for a change, went down as far as Dunmore and caught up with my old neighbour who was going back the other way, so joined him for quick pace back to Puke..

Only I saw was at the bozze bus(ardmore), another great day. Thanks for your co DM, nice to meet you, sorry about the mix up.

Now what to do tomorow ?Think I have one good ride left in my front tyre.

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

Dave, I'm so happy that you had an enjoyable ride on such a glorious day, and that you're not rubbing it in at all. I had a wonderful day too. I got up and washed my bedding, cleaned the house, vacuumed, mopped the floors, before going for a gentle stroll into the great metropolis of Papakura to post a letter to ACC, a wander round some bookshops, then off to Countdown to buy some bagels, cream cheese, smoked salmon, loaf of bread, and a crappy girly magazine, before strolling back home again. Upon arriving home my cellphone was ringing, so I answered it and had a chat to one of my colleagues from work who was doing a welfare check. I then went into the kitchen and cut a bagel in half and popped both halves into the toaster. When they popped up I smothered them in cream cheese and slices of salmon, then wandered over to the computer where I masticated them whilst reading the inspirational scrawlings of a dozen or so Kiwi Bikers. When I had finished eating and had tired of reading aforementioned scrawlings, I took a beanbag outside onto the deck, grabbed my sunglasses and crappy magazine, and flopped down onto said beanbag for a spot of light reading. The magazine was as crappy as I had envisaged, so I was not disappointed there. When I'd finished reading it, I returned indoors, raided the fridge for some chocolate and then sat myself in front of the computator. I was fortunate in that Dangerous was available to chat on MSN, together with some cheeky bastard who's identity I haven't worked out yet who sent me some offensive messages. Being called fucking dense made my day!!! However another raid on the fridge for chocolate soon restored my demeanor. Discovering fellow x-goths in the Britney Spears buys husband motorbike thread got me all excited and I raided my CD and tape collection, and spent a wonderful hour or so listening to music I hadn't heard for a while, as I typed another load of crap on KB. I bet you can't wait for tomorrow's instalment. There's all the excitement of a visit to the osteopath. Woohoo.
