Help please with kids event 19/7/2008

HI folks.
Im going to be running a KB Kids offroad event
TOMORRROW AT 11.00AM
Everything for the actual day is pretty much in place.
What im asking for help with is a bit of setting up TODAY
Things I need to do are.

1) Barbyque/s here all set up READY TO ROCK

2) table set up for food/DRINK

3)"track" prep ---might be nice to have a few tapes n stuff out so the kids can see where to GO

4)bike setup. My 8 bikes are ready to rock but I've been offered a few others and they need gassn up and checkin over
5)PLEASE BRING ALONG ANY SPARE MX OR BICYCLE HELMETS --I HAVE 7 LIDS

anybody able to help it would be great

Hi Frosty
I made up a notebook with colour photos and funny pictures for the kids

Colouring in page
Basic riding tips
Kids word search (for motorcycle type words)
Colour cartoons of motorbikes
Funny bike photos
But mainly people having fun stuck in mud

Tried Attaching a really low res version but still came out bigger than 1MB

PM me your email and I will send a copy

How many should I do ?

I can get some DANGER tape if you want the to mark out the track. Need some standards/poles tho...

Maybe we should wrap the kids up in the tape to warn everyone else? (p/t)

To be honest my main concern is making sure Ive got enough bikes and helmets available
might need to put the hand out for the borrow of a lid or two.
currently I have 3 quads and 3 bikes definite.
