Hitcher - as a matter of interest do you watch violent, adult type programmes and such like on TV, taking note of the announcers warning that you may be offended by bad language, sexual content etc - yet complain to the broadcaster anyway? Or even ride around on your bike butt naked despite the fact that the handbook and common sense says it's dangerious to do so? Then, heaven forbid, should you fall off and suffer road rash or worse would you sue the bike manufacturer?

No - so then why ignore my warning and make a concious decision to access this thread simply to moan?

I think you're missing mine - if you don't like what you see, don't look.

I'm expecting a "Hitcher protecting the virtues of the poor defencless female from beastly people who see the fairer sex simply as objects" kind of statement. He's already made his opinions on that front clear in another thread, and as usual he did it well and I genuinly respect his viewpoint.

Like yourself, I'll wait for the man himself to respond further should he feel the need.

My issue wasn't with the "content" of the thread, which you warned was potentially offensive to some souls.

My issue was with the feeding frenzy of glee relating to obese women which I thought was becoming more offensive than the original subject matter.

'Nuff said. Feel free to carry on with the "yo momma's so fat" jokes if you must, or even publish a calendar...
