... we have the same problem here ,, recycling on Thursday rubbish on Saturday , we all take turns in the area to clean the place where you put the rubbish ,, and yes there is someone mixing shit with recyclables , yes we have to clean it all out ,,, we made up some leaflets and laminated signs its sort off worked ...

we found the house which was doing the damage and dropped a fe leaflets through the door ,, worded along the lines that the offense could be cause for eviction ,, ( 3 complaints and your out ,,,we are on our 2nd ,,, because I like ACDC ,, anything above a whisper!!! )


bide your time when you know who is doing it , just move bags back to where they should go

i'd say make sure its them first, then chuck each can indevidually on thier roof. they'll all get stuck in the gutters after a rain fall, and the gutters will overflow. the the low lifes will have to get up on the roof and collect them and if your lucky one of them will fall off.
