Oil light on when bike is off

If I turn my bike on .. the oil light goes off.
But if I turn the bike off ... the oil light turns on ... I'm like WTF!!

Anyone got any handy Ideas? Why the hell would it go ON ... when the bike is turned off?
I wave to every biker I see.

Oil pressure light -- turn the engine off, the oil pump switches off, so there's no oil pressure. Hence, light goes on to tell you there's no oil pressure.

Dad's TRX850 was doing it and giving me the shits until I figured it out.

    1...Dodgy keyswitch..?
2... broken wire from oil pressure sender to lamp, allowing lamp to backfeed from another circuit..?

Hahaha that's hilarious. You know what, I was just in the garage fiddling around with my Super Cub trying to get it to idle about 5 minutes ago. I switched it off, and it carried on running! Wouldn't rev, but just carried on with a rough misfiring idle. Cracked me up.

Looked down at the ignition barrel (hanging loose from the wiring, bike is half apart) and noticed the exposed backside was touching the frame.
