Cliff Hanger Hill Climb Mini Rally (Rapa Rumble) Saturday 15th March 2008

The Cliff Hanger Hill Climb Mini Rally will be held on Saturday 15th March 2008. This Mini Rally is run in conjunction with the Hill Climb Event. The picturesque rally site is Te Kopi Road, Gladstone (only 500m from the bottom of the hill climb).

There will be Music, Food and Alcoholic Beverages available on site at reasonable prices. Please NO BYO Alcohol.
Bring your togs, bikinis, speedos, g-strings or whatever tickles your fancy as there is a river with a good swimming hole and diving board on site. Music will be provided by the JNX Band (rock) will be playing on Saturday night.
Campsites are available for tents, and spaces for buses, caravans etc. Portaloos will also be on site.

Prize giving for the hill climb will be held there Sunday Night.
Entry per person is $15.
For people who are want to stay for more than just Saturday night there are many good motels/hotels you could book into... pm me for a list. PLEASE NOTE... the site owner is also allowing people to stay on his property the Sunday Night if they wish as well, esp if you need to stay the extra night.
There are also lots of good roads to ride in the Wairarapa, and you can visit places such as the Flying Fish (Toppys) in Martinborough, Castlepoint or even over the Rimutakas to the infamous Wgtn Region... if anyone is interested in organising one for out of towners nows your chance!!

If you are thinking of going to the rally please add your name to the calendar so we can have some idea of numbers.Early registration is requested to enable catering quantity to be calculated.

Well...... as much as I have been inducted as a "honorary Rapa slappa", I am purely a weekend 'rapa chic' and leave the employment in the region to the others!
