The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

YAY! Cheers FF! i cant believe you forgot ive been looking forward to this for ages just counting the days (hehe boring life), Anyways what if everyone rides out to woodhill? you guys could check hte gravel road out for the way in, thatd b wicked!

and 6chris6 Update: Use a subaru Justy fuel pump from pick-a-part $18 + $2 entry. Spectrum motorcycles advised they put car ones in all the yammy ones that screwout these days etc and my old mans mate jack said jusy's ones are compact and last forever, otherwise a Civic one or something but they only last 150,000 typically.

Im in Manfeild but thought I would suggest this

22 to Whatawhata down through Pirongia about 10kms further turn left to Kawhia (by the sea), fish and chips then return.

Something different and not much further than Raglan, a interesting road and it might broaded the regular itinerary a bit .

    Just a thought
Ive run out of fucks to give

I appreciate that Coro is a great run and I may be in as well (still checking what else is happening) but Raglan may be a better option only because shit loads of traffic will be moving out of the pennisula this weekend as people go back to work Monday. The roads will be really crowded not to mention all the cops. It may pay to look for quieter roads. Just a thought.........
I'm one of the worlds best riders. I can wheelie, I can stoppie, I can stunt, hell I can get my shoulder down. I could keep up with Rossie if I wanted to race.

Then I go from bed to bike and somehow it all turns to crap.

Yeh,thought of this.....But this is the last chance we'll get for a good blast before Draco has to go back to tech, and I'm hoping most will have gone back to work already(the m/ways are f****d again)and I think we've all nearly worn out 22....and the weathers supposed to be good...etc etc..

Great ride today thanks Death for organising it, weather was excellent if anything almost too hot, but after the crap weather that has been around would never complain about that, thankfully not too much traffic out there today once we left Coromandel.
Anyone like to revisit the Hog rider in the T-shirt that past nearly if not all of us, I think he was running a tad late for Manfield.....

    Cool awesome ride today....

    I am absolutly knackered now....lol

It was so hot today, that when we stopped some of us were almost melting in the sun... I think that we should have gone for a quick dip in the sea.... it really was that hot.....

I have to say that it was my first time to go to the Coromandel and also Whitiangi.... So doing the complete loop was awesome.....
I ended up doing all up 471km from home - the loop - home again...

I got stung by a bee .... OUCH.... right on my right wrist....
Lou got stung on her neck.... so the bee's were on the warpath today...

I am looking forward to seeing the pic's put up here, from those that took them....

Sorry we missed you 750,we were late leaving the a/b too.Vtwin caught us at Kopu, you mighta missed us there or at coro where we had lunch....maybe next time.
A good day had by all,not too fast so good for those who aren't used to the open road yet.(first time out of aucks for young samson,a workmate of one of my mates)Bugger about the melted seal, was a bit slippery as one of my other mates found out with a bit of an excursion into the water table, kept it on two though. Not too much traffic either.Nice and uneventful(apart from the bees)
Not a lot of kb'ers (4 kb'ers not counting myself and draco),most of the group was my mates, where were you all on such a great day???
