    Point out to them that they have to press two individual buttons to make a bid and by doing so, they are bound by the laws relating to auctions.
    Whether online or standing in a room with others, an auction is a legal agreement of sale & purchase.

    The "sorry, but my dog/cat/turtle/sprog pressed the keyboard" excuse doesn't cut it.
