I was keen for a ride tomorrow but at the moment I feel so tired, I reckon I'm gonna be sleeping in tomorrow...

Will change the reason for tomorrow's celebration to:

Managed to go 7 years without losing my license!!

As previously mentioned, will let you guys know tomorrow if the BBQ is still on.

    Well,

Banzai, Swee and myself still went on a ride.

You other guys are just soft cocks!

Hah, nah. It was a good ride, roads were wet with debris everywhere but only light rain. Kept a nice easy pace up to Piha then headed back again. No upsets and was a good ride.

Ride with me.. never seen a half decent bin on all my group rides.

that's about 5% of scenic drive and the rest just the road to piha

the 'proper' route goes through waitakere, bethells, the whole of scenic drive, piha AND huia!

it's not as bad as coro, and easier to recover bikes

Realise that, but wasn't too keen to do the whole of Scenic Drive in the Wet with a couple of new riders..

That was good ride guys! It was fun going through Mud, weird westy plants, and tar snakes!!!

I'm so tired after that one haha (probly coz I went out last night till 3am)

That's nice short ride to Piha. I wanna try it in dry condition!

I would say reccomended for Learner but take it very slow, otherwise those things above gonna make your either wheel slip badly!!

    all good to hear

watch out with the sleep/fatigue thing though; last time i went on a learner ride on that road with only 3 hours sleep it ended in disaster.

might be worth mentioning my last little incident was with a pretty short night's sleep too

meh, i was too busy with work, then went and saw batman. Entertaining, though different sort of entertainment.

Kinda don't trust my bike to start anymore either.

I'm probably gonna go get gear tomorrow (sunday), a proper jacket and some good waterproof overpants, and maybe a lhs mirror for my bike (It only has a rhs mirror)
