Diadora Express Boots

I need to get a new pair of boots and have seen these shorter style ones on the net.

Look a bit more comfy for me than taller boots.

Is there anyone out there with a pair that could comment on comfort/durability?

Most importantly, are they really waterproof? My Dririder Nordics are extremely leaky, and in reasonable rain I end up with toes full of water!

Or can anyone recommend a pair of boots that are waterproof that wont break the bank??

I haven't got a pair of the ones you're talking about....but recently I got a pair of shorter style boots.

I've found that being shorter the top of the boot actually digs into my shin a little bit when I'm walking around...not too much of a problem, cause they're for riding in, not walking in...but still slightly annoying.
