The violence of the reaction was not only because of *what* you said. It was also because that was the ONLY thing you'd said.

There are members on the forum who could probably get away much more lightly with saying that stuff after spending months or years here exhibiting general sensibleness and intelligence on related topics.

Unfortunately, everyone's initial opinion of you was formed from that one post.

You get rep points for posts that are outstanding in their own right. If people form a general opinion of you as a really, really good sort of chap, less-interesting posts are more likely to garner pointage.

Should have taken his number down and wrote a complimentary letter to his area commander. Policing like that should be encouraged. I bet you rode pretty damn well after being stopped too.

Are you ripped or strung out on something or just trolling or what???

THAT would be the last thing the Mazda man would want his boss to know about - serious!!

You said a mouthful there jr, Aaron MAY be o.k. but his p.r. skills could do with an 'extreme makeover' eh?
I feel his heart is in the right place and with a bit of grooming he'll fit right into this looney-gargre like he was born here.
