Hey man, this is by no means gossiple, but after discussions with Kawasaki technical etc after my recent rebuild, I would reccomend the following ,
1. leave the bike stock for the running in. one of the things the race ecu does is give you an extra 1500 rpm over rev.
2. run in on GOOD mineral oil
3. run the bike up to temp and let it cool right down. this will most likely have been done at the shop during PD
4. take it out for a session (15-30 mins) driving it through the rev range up to about 3/4 rpm. then let it cool right down
5. another session using the full rev range, (but dont sit on the rev limiter)
6. Change the oil and filter (use mineral oil again) and ride it normally till the 1000 ks mark.
7. change oil and filter again for the good stuff
8. dyno bike for base run, bolt on aftermarket goodies, dyno again
9. learn to ride
