    You probably won't get that by taking lots of vitamin C tables, as in most cases with tables, the body does not absorb the vitamins from them very easily. Even products with "added vitamin C" (a marketing ploy instead of saying preservative 202 Potassium sorbate) won't give you much vitamin C either as it is quite unstable. Just because they put it in - it doesn't mean you get it. Fresh fruit and vegetables are the best for getting vitamins.
