    Invade Quasimoto - 02/08/08

Ok, so he's having a sale, flogging stuff off, he has gloves, jackets, pants and other stuff too.

The Plan: Ride down to him on Saturday, fleece all the gear off him, and ride back to Auckland with a bunch of stuff virtually free (at the prices he's offering... it almost is).

Meeting: Will confirm, still in planning, but thought I would put this out there asap, as it's not too far away. At this stage, 0930 at Papakura Autobahn, leave at 1000, ride down to him. Apparently he will be offering muffins and milo as well...

Route: Happy to consider suggestions, either simply motorway down, or 22 (I'm not too flash at entering Hamilton, so prefer sticking with what I know, unless someone else will lead). Weather looks like its going to be shitty, so it will probably just be motorway, as 22 is a goat track at the best of times.

Yes, I'm riding down... coz its fun. Even a good way to test wet weather gear coming back up

edit: can a mod please change the actual title in the thread page display to the title of the post? They don't seem linked (the date has been added).

    Why the sale?
Are there new styles coming out?
    What about classic gear?

Wasnt an intentional sale event just kinda happened that way, we have a few older styles and things here which we want gone, its not relating to new stock, though in saying that there are some specials on this month on www.quasimoto.co.nz

Deano and Niccki have a set of Classic gear in Wellington for you to look at if youre interested in it.

    cheers

you should be able to reach 50% occupancy quite easily

mind you, with that tiny seat... its probably more like 75% occupancy easy

btw... if people are coming, register your attendance, so I/quasi can have an approximate idea of numbers
