It's better to have ridden and crashed, than never to have ridden at all....R.I.P. Bruce Bennett (old fart-KB.) 1955-2005 posted by Bronwyn Bennett.
Picked up the new specs yesterday. The Nike frames are VERY comfy... haven't flown or ridden with them yet, but they're showing all signs of being perfick. Will update after the first ride.
What don't you like about tinted visors? Obviously they may be not so safe at night. Any other reasons though? I have a loan helmet at the moment (until the helmet I want comes into stock in a week or 2) that has a tinted visor and I've have to have it open at all times 'cause at night (havn't ridden during the day) tinted visor + fogged visor + fogged glasses = blind. I've been thinking about getting a tinted visor for my helmet but I thought I'd wait and see how bad it fogs up, then try various antifog solutions before trying a tint.
The loan helmet has no vents at all.. it is very basic.
Getting glasses was one of the things I had to sort before getting my bike licence, didn't think about fitting them under a helmet at all! But they seem to fit fine![]()
Great to hear you got it sorted. Considering contacts myself if me eyes aren't too past it!
