Despite Scummy's - so far succesful - attempt at derailing the thread by ignoring the rules it's still your serve Winston001.
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

As a child this person was crippled but with a natural enthusiasm overcame that. He went on to become internationally famous and the business he established flourishes today. He died tragically doing what he loved at a young age and his mother awoke at the moment of his death.

This German mechanical engineer was born in 1902. His famous invention was definitely not reciprocating. Due to it bearing his own name however, one would be forgiven for imagining that in fact it might be when first hearing it's name.

And it was just a punt - I felt the date of birth was too recent to be Diesel but gave it a go anyway.

Yes its difficult to describe someone interesting without giving too much away.

This person discovered a new point of view a little over 100 years ago and won first prize. His discovery is commonly, but carefully, used today. In keeping with his wishes, his private papers were destroyed at his death.

Experimenting with his discovery, his wife exclaimed "I have seen my death".
