Depends, i was gunning it from Upper Hutt over the hill and that takes alot of fuel, if im just cruzing like say up north then it lasts quite a while. A full tank when i rode up north last year, the fuel light came on around nearly 300k i think. Going over the taka's when ya off an on the throttle sucks the fuel a bit. Needs a tune up though, but i want the engine looked at when i come back from holiday. When the lady backed into me bike im hoping there is no internal damage done.

shit!!! my fuel light comes on at 220 max.... no matter where I ride... I get 280 to a tank! and thats better fuel economy than my CBR400RR had!!!!

Im not positive for sure on that, i did have my carbs syncronised day before i left welly and new plugs. Id like to have a close look at yours lol, i got a monster front end on mine so i dont have full fairing. But im looking at restoring it to original.
