What has he been up to?

Personally I think cos of his involvment with KB'r he was demoted to Highway patrol and was so ashamed he decided to log off KB. CB is still chasing burglars tho , dressed in a rather fitting nightie. If it was me I wouldn't be running too hard. And nothing would be flailing round either.
