Hi all,
I have been told that RFs come standard with a 532 chain, and that a good mod is to change to a 530.
Now, can I just buy a 530 chain and sprockets, or do I need to buy anything in particular to make it happen??

Hey Mully.
It's a standard conversion. I use a 530VM gold chain, 14 front and 43 rear sprockets.
I'm on my third chain now (coming up 130,000 kms on my RF.)
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Yeah, I'll be up there.
I'm not allowed to go on the ride as the 3 year old will throw a complete mental if the 9 year old and I go but we'll be there for the ceremony and stuff. Looking forward to catching up with the Auckland crew (and seeing Frosty and Jorja get hitched).
