Yeah man, didn't you hear? They've been getting in so much trouble for overuse of petrol they decided to design and create a smaller, less gas needy mode of transport that'd show up all other bikes... Problems are, it's hard to get started, rarely moves faster than 5kmph, and only works for short distances...
What you're looking at is their first attempt. I think they set their final product "go"... It just wasn't worth it. The gas usage was small like they wanted, but the amount of waste from the exhaust simply didn't make it worth it.
