    As its Friday the 15th..

    Suppers will consist of these for awhileI absolutley love whitebait patties.Just letting em cool down awhile before tucking in.

    In my days growing up in Hokitika we would have so much of that stuff we used to dig it into the vege garden by the bucket full

    Have you seen the segment on 'Gone Fishing' a few years ago, when the resident chef guy was longlining for whitebait in a river with tiny hooks baited with cheese? Hilarious! Sinclair and guests "happened" upon him and he convinced the guests that it was dinkum by showing them the "half" bucket of whitebait he had already caught!
