Funny - embarrassing things

Not very MC related:

Have to catch 2 buses to work. Kelson (150) down to a railway station, hop quickly across the road to where I catch the Gracefield (121) bus to work. A bus approaches, I check and recognise the number, hop on the bus. I'm in a shit mood and realise too late that I hopped on another Kelson bus (ahuh 150 again) and its heading back to where I'd come from. I hop out, and decide to walk North to where I know the 121 bus goes through and eventually onto my intended stop rather than walking the way I'd come. So instead of a 1km walk and 10min trip, I walk 3.5kms and have to sit on the 121 bus for 40mins.

My 50min journey to work took 2 hours and my (fairly injured) knees were f*&ked. No physio that day then.

Funny enough, if you talk to the drivers of the buses they actually are considerate down there and talk to each other and would have picked up you up a lot sooner.

They aren't so considerate up here that's for sure....I miss the wellington bus service

Yeah Hutt Service, but I'm sure they would have... but theres a bit of a pride issue when you're not even allowed to drive. You just want to sort it out yourself eh oh its about being male I suppose.
