So, where abouts are we going to be riding in town? How intense is it going to be? And won't it be rushour?

you shore guys meeting up at cyclespot to ride over to this ride? Might catch up with ya, if there's room for one more

By the time we have had some tucker and a good long gas it's aboooot 7:30 so no traffic and stuff. Hmmm we went up to the queen and to the museum but (looks at frosty) we got "politely" told by security(who we were ignoring) to leave?? to leave

was thinking, if it's just a short blat, what about goin to see the views up the top of Mt Eden..??
head up Queen St, hook a right at the top, cruise K Rd, across Newton bridge, right at the end, past Mt Eden bikes, then up the hill.. then back again.. be a 20 min ride each way, let the tourist gloat at the bikes.. something to do I guess

Top of Mt Eden sounds promising.

Pluses:
No security
No cameras (other than tourists)
Adequate parking
Large burnout pad

Minuses:
Witnesses present
Only one exit in case of police attendance

Maybe we could get together and put up a prize for the first person to ride their bike to the bottom of the crater and up again?

My money (if i had some) would be on Motu and his trials bike.

Of course there is. Looks like it'll be quite a few of us with me, devil, gareth_d, bandit and you. Last time there were three of us shore guys.

Well if its that way..... You bring your leathers, helmet, gloves, back protector and MTB and a piece of rope... ill tow you around... but only at speeds upto 60kmh

Oooooohhhh it could work well.... When i pull a stoppie, it will pull your front wheel up for a wheelie hehehe... Ok maybe no stoppies....
