    Racing Dave is a Bastard!

I bought Kiwirider solely on the strength of his article on his gorgeous 50cc Honda.

    It's beautiful.

    He's Not.

    I'm in love.

    But not with Racing Dave.

    Bastard.

It's 5.14kW too, not the 51.4 listed in the specs.

    Tis a lovely looking bike.

Making an attempt to get my bucket looking similar to that. First try at making a plug with expanding foam was a mess so I'm moving onto roofing foam once I get some.

Give Pom George Beale half million and he will make one for you
Compare Pornography now to 50 years ago.
Then extrapolate 50 years into the future.

It looks even better in real life

On that front. Haldanes are bringing/have brought in a bunch of retro hondas. all late model stuff from about 2003/2004
one is a 350? single that looks like the honda scrambler from the 60"s
The other is a 400? twin that has been styled after the CB350 based offroader.
I did a double take when i saw em

Shit! Did he buy one?!?! Fookin' bastard! The road-legal version or the all-out HRC race version?

Crap! Forget GSXRs and all of that nonsense, that right there is far more desirable

Cool? Steve McQueen wouldn't be seen in the same neighbourhood as these slugs. Sorry, these capture everything I dislike about the era these are imitating. Cafe racers on the other hand, now we're talking.

Yep, desirable, but only in an ornamental kinda way.
Why did they have to choose such a small bike to evoke that sort of era...why couldn't they choose 500cc or something you could get a thrill out of riding instead of just looking at? 70kg's is bugger all weight but 7hp just doesn't cut it even if you are a featherweight.

Huh? That's not legal as a Bucket racer... It's a race only bike and sold as such.
HRC racing motorcycles are made for competition use ONLY, and are NOT covered by warranty and NOT to be ridden on public roads.

Yup Skunk is right, they are made by HRC just like RS125 and RS250's are, not actually the normal Honda motorcycle manufacturer.

However, as well handling as they are, I think a slightly modded RG50 would be more than a match.

I said they look cool, but I wouldn't own one either.
