GSXR 250 1990 not starting (again)

    OK.....

Up-to-speed: Since my last thread I got the bike going with a little 'start you bastard' great NULON product.... bike went nicely all 4 pots came online and would idle well and start again...

Present: Have removed carbs and cleaned out build up etc....on reassembly the bike will now only rev up a little and then die.....this will only happen with a little blast of the SYB (NULON)....

    Any ideas......

First try cleaning the carbs out, Don't use a rag that will leave fluff and crap in them. Make sure all the holes in the brass jet bits are clear, use somthing that won't enlarge the holes like a nylon brush bristle.

Also check for cracks in the diaphagms.

I should read better before I post...

Pull all the plugs and clean em up, try again.
If it improves nicley buy new plugs.

Sounds like you should be looking at the fuel tho...
It is prob just using the start ya bastard as fuel...
Check fuel filter if it has one added,
    Check fuel tap for flow,
    Check airfilter.
Check that throttle and choke are actually working.
    Check carbs AGAIN!
Check for major airleaks between carbs and engine..
