Not running VJ22 RGV250 (price to be negotiated)

Hey i'm looking for a vj22 RGV 250 thats not running ( though it'll be ok if its still going). Needs to be at least mostly complete though. Doesn't matter if theres been a PV failure either. It must however have been vinned at some time in its life.. Please get back to me asap
